Resources are files of pictures, sounds, video etc.
A multiple choice is usually limited to a text and choices like TRUE/FALSE or A, B, C etc.
With AD the text can be replaced by a resource.
With AD the choices can be replaced by a resource.
This will be illustrated with screenshots taken from the example 13, 16, 17 of the pages Try This.

Only the text is replaced by a resource in this example. The choice (is Niagara / is not Niagara) works like a Radio Button.
